Love, lust faith + dreams?

I’ve listened to the new 30stm album yesterday and I’m a little confused.
I totally understand that they don’t want to do the same thing over and over again and that they want to evolve, grow and do something new but this is just not really what 30stm was/is for me. I mean, I like some songs on the album but it’s not like the way when I heard “A beautiful lie” or “This is war” for the first time, when I loved every song right from the start and this confuses me.
I can’t put my finger on what it is that makes the new record less catching than the others. I’ve noticed that I can’t imagine how some songs should be played on stage because many of them are so slow and.. I don’t know, but I will see for myself in June when I’ll see them at Rock im Park.
But just because I don’t like this album a lot, I won’t stop listening to them (like some other people) and I have the hope that, in the future, they will make a new album which will be better than this one or maybe I’ll start to love this one someday :D who knows
What do you think? :)

This is from the slut walk. One of the arguments is that girls ask for rape because they wear slutty clothes, short skirts, tight, low-cut tops. This girl is an example of the fact that rape victims can look like anyone, you, me, this girl. Rapists. Dont. Discriminate.

I promised a long time ago that I’d reblog this whenever I saw it on my dash. No regrets, it breaks my heart every single time.

an incredibly important message, rape is rape. no one is ever asking for it. a woman has the right to dress how ever they want - it is society that identifies risque dressing as ‘asking for it’, and in my opinion, that way of thinking needs to be diminished.
